1. समर्थ रामदास स्वामींची काव्यसृष्टी

समर्थ रामदास स्वामींना आपण श्रीरामभक्त, हनुमानाचे उपासक म्हणून आणि शिवाजी महाराजांचे गुरु म्हणून ओळखतो. श्री दासबोध, मनाचे श्लोक, करुणाष्टके यांचे रचनाकार म्हणूनही समर्थ रामदास स्वामींची ओळख सर्वश्रुत आहेच. याशिवाय समर्थांनी विविध विषयांवर विपुल लेखन केलं आहे. अभंग, आरती, स्तोत्र यासारख्या भक्तीपर रचना बरोबरच पोवाडा, गोंधळ, भारुड, गवळण अशा लोकगीतांच्या रचनाही केल्या आहेत. प्रत्ययकारी वर्णनात्मक काव्ये रचली आहेत, समाजकारण, राजकारण, व्यवस्थापन, स्थापत्यशास्त्र, संगीत अशा अनेक विषयांवर त्यांनी चारशे वर्षांपूर्वी केलेले लेखन आजही तितकेच प्रभावी ठरतं. दैनंदिन जीवनातील या छोट्या-छोट्या गोष्टींबरोबरच अध्यात्मिक मार्गासाठी मार्गदर्शक लेखनही समर्थ करतात. समर्थांची ही अष्टपैलू काव्यसृष्टी संगीतमय स्वरुपात आपल्या समोर सादर करण्याचा हा छोटासा प्रयत्न.

1. A Poetic Extravaganza by Samarth Ramdas Swami

Samarth Ramdas Swami well known as Shreeram bhakt, desciple of Shree Hanuman and the Guru of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, is one of the greatest saints in the Indian history.

He has produced a plethora of works in different streams which has influenced generations till date. His literary works include Dasbodh, Karunashtakas,Manache Shlok and a lot more.His compositions include Abhangas, Aartis, Stotras, and some famous Maharashtrian folk forms like Bharud, Gondhal, Povada and Gavalan. His lucid scripts on various topics such as Politics, Management, Social Sciences, Architecture and Music are still relevant in today’s generation to cope up with the existential condition. Apart from his teachings on everyday life, he also revived spirituality in the society by producing impactful works. This is a humble attempt to showcase this poetic world of wisdom of Samarth Ramdas in a musical form.

3. सुवर्णगीते 1950 ते 1960

1950 ते 1960 या मराठी भावा संगीताचा सुवर्णकाळ मानला जातो. अनेक संगीतकार, गायक, गायिकांनी या काळात आपल्या प्रतिभेने भावसंगीताला अमाप लोकप्रियता मिळवून दिली. गीताच्या शब्दांची मोडतोड न करणाऱ्या साध्यासोप्या तरीही सुमधुर चाली ही त्यावेळच्या गीतांची वैशिष्ट्ये. कदाचित त्यामुळेच आजही या गाण्याची गोडी टिकून आहे. याच सुवर्णकाळातील काही लोकप्रिय तर काही विस्मृतीत गेलेल्या गाण्यांना उजाळा देणारा हा कार्यक्रम.

3. The Golden Ira 1950-1960

1950-1960 was a golden era of Marathi Light Music. It is in this era that a lot of great musicians, singers had gained popularity because of their golden compositions. Producing songs with minimum instruments, sombre lyrics and subtle tunes was a speciality of that era. Probably that is why these songs are evergreen and popular even today. This is a small attempt to revive some popular as well as some forgotten songs of this golden era.

4. विठ्ठला मायबापा

विठ्ठल, आषाढी आणि वारी हे तिन्ही शब्द आणि त्यांचा परस्पर संबंध माहिती नसलेला माणूस विरळाच! आषाढी एकादशीला उभ्या महाराष्ट्रातून सर्व जाती पंथांचे भाविक “जय जय राम कृष्ण हरी” असा गजर करत संतांचे अभंग गात, दिंड्या पताका सहित पंढरपूरला विठ्ठलाचा दर्शन घ्यायला जातात. तेराव्या शतकापासून सुरू झालेली ही वारीची परंपरा आजही टिकून आहे. वारीच वर्णन असणाऱ्या आणि वारकरी संप्रदायातील संतांनी रचलेल्या विविध प्रकाशित आणि अप्रकाशित अभंग आणि भक्तिगीतांचा कार्यक्रम....

4. Vitthala MaayBapa

It is almost impossible to find a person in Maharashtra who is not familiar with these three words – Vitthal, Aashadhi and Vaari. It is on the day of Aashadhi Ekadashi, that a horde of people, of different caste and creed, from all over Maharashtra go on a pilgrimage to Pandharpur, chanting “Jay Jay Ram Krishna Hari “and singing along some devotional songs. This tradition of going on a pilgrimage to Pandharpur on this day (Vaari) has been preserved and is followed even today. This program describes the age-old tradition of Vaari and some published as well as non- published Abhangas composed by the saints of the Varkari Sampraday.

5 यमनरंग

शास्त्रीय संगीतातील विविध रागांवर आधारित अनेक गाणी आपण ऐकतो. यामध्ये सर्वाधिक गाणी आहेत ती राग यमन मध्ये. यमन मध्ये सर्व सात स्वर असतात आणि तीव्र मध्यम असतो. या रागात बंधन कमी आहेत. त्यामुळे अनेक प्रकारच्या सुमधुर स्वरसंगती आणि स्वराकृती करणं सहज सोपं होतं. आणि त्यामुळेच नवरसांचा अविष्कार यमन मध्ये अतिशय उत्तम पद्धतीने होतो. यमन रागाचे वेगवेगळे पैलू उलगडणारा, यमन रागावर आधारित असणाऱ्या प्रकाशित अप्रकाशित हिंदी मराठी गाण्यांचा कार्यक्रम......

5. The Hues of Raag Yaman

We hear a number of classical songs based on the Ragas of Classical Music. The majority of these songs are based on Raag Yaman. Since Rag Yaman has wider scope to create various phrases and combinations of swar, it becomes much easier to design and compose songs. The Navarasas can be expressed sublimely in this Raga. This program eloquently projects the variations of Raag Yaman, with both the published as well non published songs.

6. कृष्णलीला

कृष्ण विष्णुचा आठवा अवतार मानला जातो. कृष्ण म्हणजे काळ्या मुखवर्णाचा आणि सर्वांना आकर्षित करणारा. कृष्णाचा जीवनपट बघितला तर त्याच्या अनेक भूमिका आपल्याला दिसतात. लहानपणीचा खोडकर नंदलाल, राधा आणि इतर गोपींना छेडणारा कान्हा, तसंच सर्वांना संकटातून चालणारा जनार्दन आणि जीवनाचं तत्त्वज्ञान सांगणारा योगेश्वर श्रीकृष्ण. कृष्णाची ही सगळीच रूप लोभसवाणी आहेत तरीही राधेचा सखा म्हणून कृष्ण सर्वाधिक लोकप्रिय आहे. राधाकृष्णाचा नातं प्रेमाचं प्रतिक मानलं जातं. राधा-कृष्णाच्या या अलौकिक नात्याबरोबरच कृष्णाच्या वेगवेगळ्या स्वरूपांत दर्शन घडवणारा शास्त्रीय उपशास्त्रीय संगीतावर आधारित हिंदी मराठी गाण्यांचा कार्यक्रम.

6. Krishna -Leela

Lord Krishna is assumed to be the avatar of Lord Vishnu. The word Krishna literally means one with a dark complexion and also the one who is attractive. We can see the different roles played by Lord Krishna throughout his life. We happen to see a variety of roles played by him throughout his journey of life – right from a mischievous little boy, playing pranks on Radha and her friends to a saviour, a philosopher and a guide. All these roles of Lord Krishna are adorable but he is well -known as Radha’s friend. Radha -Krishna’s relation is often referred to as an emblem of love. This program not only portrays the beautiful relation between Radha and Krishna, but also highlights the different forms of Lord Krishna through various Marathi and Hindi songs, based on Classical and Semi-classical music.

7. गीतरामायण

गीतरामायणाबद्दल सांगायला, लिहायला शब्द अपुरे आहेत, तरीही त्याची थोडक्यात माहिती... गदिमा उर्फ ग दि माडगूळकर यांनी एका 56 गीतांच्या भावकाव्यात श्री रामाचे चरित्र शब्दबद्ध केलं, तेच गीतरामायण. गीतरामायणात आज्ञा, आर्जव, दुराग्रह, हव्यास, संताप, समर्पण, काळजी, संशय, सूड आहे, कर्तव्यभाव मित्रभाव कान उघाडणी आहे, विजयोत्सवही आहे. ग दि माडगूळकरांनी विविधांगी रसांनी परिपूर्ण अशा स्वरूपात गीतरामायण घडवल आहे. त्यांच्या या भावकाव्याला तितकच सुश्राव्य संगीत लाभलं, बाबूजी अर्थात सुधीर फडके यांचं. बाबूजींनी काव्याचा अर्थ समजून आणि -हस्व दीर्घ उच्चारांच बंधन सांभाळत विविध रागांवर आधारित सहज सोप्या वाटणाऱ्या सुमधुर चालींची योजना प्रत्येक गीता साठी केली. आणि गीतरामायण या महाकाव्याचा आविष्कार झाला या अजरामर महाकाव्यातील काही निवडक गीतांचा हा कार्यक्रम

7. Geet Ramayan

The word Geet Ramayan itself has an aura of its own. G.D.Madgulkar composed 56 songs into a single album and portrayed a beautiful biography of Lord Rama. Geet Ramayan consists of a sundry of emotions such child- like innocence, order, request, obstinacy, greed, anger, worry, suspicion, revenge, responsibility, friendship, victory and devotion. G. D. Madgulkar has included a variety of genres, each with an aesthetic impression of its own. These poetic gems of G.D. Madgulkar are adorned with golden music which makes it radiate its deep meaning musically. Shri Sudhir Phadke aka Babuji composed the songs based on various Ragas, with simple but mesmerizing tunes and thus Geet Ramayan was invented. Here is a small attempt to project some songs from the great epic.
